CHLOE ANDERSON

BA, MACP, Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)

Hi, I’m Chloe (she/her), a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) and clinic owner of Awareness Therapy Collective, based virtually, in Ontario. At the core of my work is the belief that awareness is a powerful starting point for change and gently understanding your thoughts, emotions, and patterns can open the door to healing. If you’re finding yourself in a more difficult season, you don’t have to face it alone. Therapy can be a space where you feel supported, understood, and able to make sense of what you’re going through.

ABOUT ME

My passion for this work comes from a genuine desire to help people become the best versions of themselves while feeling supported every step of the way. I believe that each person’s journey is unique, and having a space to feel heard, understood, and empowered can make a meaningful difference.

My background in the social services sector has allowed me to work closely with vulnerable individuals, offering support through advocacy, connection to resources, and motivational interviewing. This experience has shaped my approach to be compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in meeting people where they are, which I bring into my work today. I aim to create a space where you feel safe to explore your thoughts, build awareness, and move toward meaningful change at your own pace.
