How does virtual therapy work?
We meet via a secure, PHIPA-compliant video platform. It’s just like an in-person session, but from the comfort and privacy of your own space. All you need is a stable internet connection and a quiet spot. We offer both video and phone sessions to meet your comfort level.
Who do you help?
We primarily support individuals across Ontario navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, burnout, and life transitions and women's health. Our collective focuses on creating a compassionate space for awareness and healing.
How long and frequent are the sessions?
Standard sessions are 50 minutes long. Most clients begin with weekly or bi-weekly appointments, and we adjust the frequency over time based on your specific needs and progress.
Is therapy confidential?
Absolutely. Your privacy is a priority. We use secure platforms and adhere to strict professional and legal standards to ensure your information remains completely confidential.
What are your fees and is it covered?
Our fees are consistent with industry standards for Registered Psychotherapists and Social Workers in Ontario. Many private insurance plans provide coverage; we recommend checking with your provider about coverage for your specific therapist. For a 50 minute individual session, fees are $165.
How does the free 15-minute consultation work?
This is a no-pressure video or phone call to discuss what you're looking for, ask questions, and see if we're a good fit. It’s a gentle way to start your journey without any commitment.
